1. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through the Loruvio online store. The contracting seller is HAVANUP.

2. Products

We aim to describe products accurately, including finish, installation type and relevant specifications. Before ordering plumbing fittings, check dimensions, installation type, connections and suitability for your property. Screen settings can affect how colours appear.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

The price and any applicable taxes or delivery charges shown at checkout are the amounts payable for the order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. An order is accepted once payment is authorised and an order confirmation is issued.

4. Order information

You are responsible for checking the items, quantities, contact details and delivery address before submitting the order.

5. Delivery

For United Kingdom orders, the current checkout configuration offers Free Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Where mandatory law sets a maximum delivery period, that law applies.

6. Installation

Plumbing products must only be installed where compatible with the property and plumbing system. If unsure, consult a qualified plumber before installation.

7. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Cancellation and return rights are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

8. Website accuracy

We may correct typographical, pricing or stock errors before accepting an order. We do not intentionally display unavailable offers.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by installation contrary to instructions, incompatible plumbing or unauthorised modification of a product.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence.
