When tracking is available, the tracking link or tracking number is sent in your dispatch confirmation.

If you have not received tracking information or need help locating an order, email contact@loruvio.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Please note that tracking events can take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.
