Loruvio is hosted on Shopify. Payment options available for your location are displayed at checkout and payment information is handled through the payment services enabled on the Shopify checkout.
When you are charged
The total payable amount is displayed before you submit the order. You are charged only through the payment method you choose at checkout.
Fraud prevention
Orders may be subject to automated or manual checks intended to protect customers and the store from fraud or unauthorised transactions.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact contact@loruvio.com with your order number. Do not send full card details by email.
